ClipSutra (“we”, “our”, “us”) by Dyro Labs respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and profile photo.
Content You Create: Text, audio recordings, uploaded videos, and generated videos are stored temporarily on our servers for processing.
Usage Data: We track video creation counts, subscription status, and app usage patterns to improve our service.
Device Information: Device type, OS version, and push notification tokens for delivering notifications.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide video generation and editing services
- To manage your account and subscription
- To send notifications about your video processing status
- To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
- To improve our services and fix bugs
3. Data Storage & Retention
- Free tier videos are stored for 30 days, then automatically deleted
- Plus/Pro tier videos are stored for 90 days
- Audio recordings and uploaded files are deleted within 7 days of processing
- Account data is retained until you delete your account
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Google Cloud Text-to-Speech: For generating voice narration from text
- Google/Apple Sign-In: For authentication
- Pexels: For stock video backgrounds
- Amazon Web Services (AWS): For cloud infrastructure and storage
- RevenueCat: For subscription management
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your personal data. We only share data with third-party services as described above, solely to provide our service.
6. Your Rights
- Export Data: You can export your account data from Settings
- Delete Account: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings
- Access: Contact us to request a copy of your data
7. Security
We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256) for all data. Authentication tokens are securely stored on your device.
8. Children's Privacy
ClipSutra is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
